If you receive an error message at the time of payment, this may have various causes.

1. A connection cannot be made with the payment platform / bank (due to a malfunction)

2. The order you want to pay for is no longer available because it has expired.

In both cases it is not possible to complete your reservation. Your reserved tickets are back on sale or will be back on sale.

In this case the tickets are not reserved. It is of course possible to place a new reservation.
