It is possible to download your e-tickets from the app as PDF. To do this, follow the following steps:

1. Go to orders

2. Press 'Details' of the order you want to download

3. Press 'Download tickets' at the top

4. Save the tickets as PDF

It is also possible to download the tickets as a PDF from the email of your order.

When you purchased your tickets you received an email from Ticketpoint. This email contains an explanation about the Ticketmatic App. Below this is the heading Print Tickets, which contains the Download your e-tickets here. You will then receive the tickets as a PDF file.
