In the 6th step of the online ordering process it is possible to add a Ticketpoint Guarantee.

Click on "add" and the Ticketpoint Guarantee will be added to all tickets in the order.

This choice is always offered when ordering by telephone.

You can add a Ticketpoint Guarantee to every reservation, which costs €3.50 per ticket. If you are unable to attend the event due to an accident or illness, the ticket fees will be reimbursed in some cases. You must be able to provide proof of this.
