You must notify Ticketpoint by email of the cancellation as soon as possible. No later than within 3 x 24 hours (not including Sundays and public holidays) of the event.

In case of cancellation, you must be in possession of a document of proof (doctor's statement/ANWB report, proof of admission, death notice, etc.).
